How to read this page
Anomaly score (0–10): A composite of six independently-scored dimensions —
endpoint deviation, comparator deviation, biomarker use, sample size anomaly, design novelty,
and first-in signals. Higher scores indicate greater deviation from indication baselines.
Scores ≥7.0 are flagged red; 4.0–6.9 amber; below 4.0 green. The score is deterministic —
no LLM involvement in the calculation.
Classifications: Unexplained = anomaly confirmed, no
consensus explanation found; Explained = anomaly confirmed, plausible
rationale identified; False positive = investigation found no genuine anomaly;
Deferred = requires further data before classification.
Findings vs Insights: This page shows what was detected and scored.
The Insights page shows synthesised intelligence —
why the anomalies matter and what competitive signals they represent.
